Technical Project Manager – HW EMC Filter Modules

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development of HW EMC filter modules for electric‑vehicle power converters. You will head a multidisciplinary team, coordinate lab resources, and ensure that filter designs meet stringent automotive EMC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a technical team, manage task allocation, handle escalations and drive project milestones.
• Design and develop AC line, HV‑DC line and low‑voltage high‑current filters for 11 kW chargers and 3 kW DC‑DC converters.
• Perform circuit simulation and analysis using LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB and other specialized tools.
• Coordinate thermal simulations and ensure robustness under varying operating conditions.
• Build and validate hardware prototypes, conduct lab tests for ripple, attenuation, thermal performance and EMC compliance.
• Optimize filter designs to improve efficiency, reduce power losses and minimize EMI.
• Collaborate with power‑electronics engineers, firmware developers and systems engineers to integrate filter solutions.
• Document design decisions, schematics, layout guidelines and test results.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Power Electronics or a related field.
• Experience designing filters for 400 V HV‑DC and 14 V/200 A LV‑DC lines.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑voltage equipment (up to 800 V) and EMC measurement.
