Technical Project Manager (Agile/Scrum)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager to lead application and product development initiatives using Agile‑Scrum. The role requires a strategic thinker who can optimise delivery practices, manage resources and ensure high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute development projects in Agile‑Scrum, applying suitable delivery strategies to meet objectives.
• Interact directly with client resources, providing professional communication and becoming a trusted partner.
• Coordinate cross‑project activities among client, onsite and offshore teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day deliverables, resource performance and inter‑dependencies to streamline execution.
• Manage schedule, scope and quality using appropriate metrics.
• Apply change, risk and resource management methods to drive delivery excellence.
• Monitor and resolve customer issues, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as an IT Project Manager for application or product development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when working virtually with US‑based customers and offshore teams in India.
• Strong ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
• Engineering, MCA or MBA degree from a reputable university; PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
