Technical Manager - Nagpur

About the role

The Technical Manager will support mortgage risk management by ensuring that real‑estate properties used as security for home loans and construction finance are marketable, compliant and properly evaluated. The role involves preparing MIS reports, monitoring technical vendors, and providing timely inputs to senior management for credit decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence on real‑estate securities, verifying compliance with local statutory norms and RBI guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor turnaround times (TAT) for technical reports and vendor deliverables.
• Prepare and update MIS dashboards capturing portfolio behavior, security quality, and risk indicators.
• Track and communicate changes in real‑estate regulations, price movements, demand‑supply dynamics, and macro‑economic impacts.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of technical assessments.
• Provide analytical inputs to senior management to aid sanctioning decisions and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of real‑estate valuation, mortgage risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to stay updated on economic and sectoral trends affecting real‑estate markets.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
