Tech Transfer Manager (Project Management)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Manager to lead and execute technology transfer projects across multiple sites. The role focuses on new product launches, site transfers, and formulation improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless hand‑over from development to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with business priorities and monitor progress through stage‑gate governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement) to align sending and receiving sites.
• Identify technical, operational, and regulatory risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
• Support troubleshooting during scale‑up, exhibit, and validation batches to ensure successful transfer execution.
• Align project priorities with portfolio launch plans and supply‑chain requirements to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• 8–14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in technology transfer, process development laboratory (PDL) or project management roles.
• Exposure to multi‑site or global transfers is preferred.
• Graduation in Pharmacy or a scientific discipline; post‑graduation in Business Administration or Pharmacy.
