Tech Lead – Expert Circuit Design Engineer (Automotive Braking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to design, modify and maintain analog circuits for automotive braking system products. You will work within Bosch's global engineering network, ensuring high‑quality hardware layouts and circuit modules throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, modify and maintain analog circuits for automotive braking systems.
• Perform circuit calculations using Mathcad and run simulations with Saber.
• Analyze the impact of electronic component changes on circuit performance.
• Own hardware layout and circuit module responsibilities across the product development lifecycle.
• Propose innovative solutions and cost‑improvement ideas for circuit design and product strategy.
• Collaborate with ECU customer teams and internal functions on safety, thermal and reliability aspects.
• Conduct laboratory testing and measurements.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 7‑9 years of experience in analog circuit design for automotive applications.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuit theory.

Required skills

• Electronic Circuit Theory
• Analog circuit design for power supplies, ADC monitoring and CAN interfaces
• Design of Gate Drivers, Motor Drives, DC‑DC, Boost converters, LVR, MOSFETs
• Proficiency with Mathcad and Saber for calculations and simulations
• Experience using laboratory equipment such as CRO, multimeter and load boxes
• Motor Path Design and 48 V circuit development
