Team Member – Stores & Warehouse

About the role

The Team Member – Stores & Warehouse supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring that stock is accurately managed, orders are dispatched on time, and resources are coordinated across domestic and export activities. This role works closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to maintain smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Check dispatchable stock daily and plan shipments according to pending orders.
• Coordinate SKU transfers to the central warehouse in collaboration with the sales team.
• Prepare invoices for monthly export dispatches and arrange packing according to priority.
• Manage resources such as packing materials, promotional items, and manpower for both domestic and export shipments.
• Produce daily dispatch reports and communicate readiness to relevant stakeholders.
• Support efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely material delivery to production lines.
• Maintain health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure equipment is fit for purpose.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies as needed.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
• Willingness to travel as required for operational support.
