Team Member - Operations

About the role

This position supports the secured retail loan operations team by handling end‑to‑end disbursement and servicing activities. The role ensures accurate data entry, timely processing of payments and loan modifications, and the generation of operational reports.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard customers on CAS/SAP platforms, capturing all demographic and sanction‑letter details such as ROI, RPS, Tenor, PAN, LEI, etc.
• Enter collateral information and maintain up‑to‑date loan records.
• Process repayments, partial pre‑payments, rescheduling, rate changes, refunds, waivers, loan terminations, cancellations, FC letter issuance, and closures within defined TATs and cut‑offs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third‑party partners to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Generate timely and accurate MIS reports covering various aspects of secured retail operations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Good coordination skills to interact with multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with loan processing terminology and regulatory documentation.
