Team Member - Financial Controls

About the role
The Team Member – Financial Controls will support the Finance & Accounts function by evaluating business processes and financial controls. The role focuses on identifying monetary leakages, revenue loss, excess costs and control gaps, and recommending improvements that enhance profitability, compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and analyse existing business processes and financial control frameworks.
- Identify monetary leakages, revenue loss, excess costs and gaps in controls.
- Prepare recommendations and action plans to strengthen controls and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounts team and the Controls department to implement improvements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate financial processes.
- Understanding of financial controls and risk identification.
- Capability to propose practical improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
