Team Manager – Recruitment Operations (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a recruitment operations team in Baner, Pune. The role focuses on driving performance, managing key metrics, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of recruitment specialists to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor team metrics such as efficiency, client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and team huddles.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Analyze daily and weekly reports, identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with client‑specific and organizational quality standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with PSG values.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in recruitment operations or staffing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage high‑performing teams in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and service delivery management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
