Team Leader – Outlet (Food & Beverage)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader for our food & beverage outlet at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, uphold Hyatt’s brand standards and deliver exceptional service to guests. You will collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet according to the concept statement and corporate strategies.
• Supervise and coach front‑of‑house staff to provide courteous, professional and efficient service.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency throughout the shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining brand standards.
• Support inventory control, cash handling and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or outlet operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
