About the role

The Team Leader – Reservations will support the efficient operation of the Reservations department at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while helping to maximise room yield.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing the Reservations department’s performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other Rooms departments to optimise inventory control and room yield.
  • Ensure all guest interactions meet Hyatt’s brand standards and exceed expectations.
  • Support the implementation of corporate strategies and brand guidelines within the department.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and contribute to reporting and analysis.

Required profile

  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader in Reservations, Front Office, or a comparable larger operation.
  • Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
