Team Leader – International Dam Rehabilitation Project

About the role

The International Team Leader will head a multi‑disciplinary consultancy/PMC team for the Dam Rehabilitation & Improvement Project (DRIP). The role focuses on dam safety, planning and design, ensuring the project meets all technical and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage experts across civil, structural, and water resources disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance on dam planning, design review, and safety assessments.
• Coordinate with the client, authorities and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, designs and consultancy outputs as per project milestones.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Management (preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in water resources projects with strong expertise in dam safety, planning and design.
• Proven track record of leading and coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
