About the role

The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Hyatt Regency Dehradun, ensuring that corporate standards and brand expectations are consistently met for guests, employees and owners.

Key responsibilities

Assist in daily management of housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas.
Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld in accordance with Hyatt International brand guidelines.
Coordinate with floor staff to schedule cleaning, inspections and inventory of linen and supplies.
Monitor performance, report issues and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality.
Support training and development of housekeeping team members.
Contribute to departmental budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and solid administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff and management.
