About the role
We are hiring an F&B Steward for a 29‑room boutique hotel located in the Himalayan foothills, where colonial charm meets contemporary design. The property features mountain views, garden dining, and a multi‑cuisine restaurant and café serving leisure travellers, families and corporate guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables and keep mise‑en‑place ready for service.
- Support F&B associates in serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, café and service areas.
- Assist with banquets, events and garden dining.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards in every task.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant; freshers with hotel management training are welcome.
- Willing to learn, team‑minded and well‑groomed.
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi.
