About the role
The Team Leader – Guest Relations will support the efficient operation of the Guest Relations department, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures high levels of service for guests, employees, and owners while contributing to the overall success of the Rooms Division.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the Guest Relations team.
- Ensure departmental processes meet Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other Rooms Division functions to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
