Team Lead – Shift Management

About the role

Amazon Seller Services is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, and safety across inbound and DA departments.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative management of associates during the shift.
• Allocate tasks and monitor associate performance.
• Mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Track count status, resolve queue issues, and maintain shift quality.
• Develop and implement training and development plans.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at workstations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• At least 1 year in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
