About the role
Amazon Seller Services is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, and safety across inbound and DA departments.
Key responsibilities
- Administrative management of associates during the shift.
- Allocate tasks and monitor associate performance.
- Mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Track count status, resolve queue issues, and maintain shift quality.
- Develop and implement training and development plans.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at workstations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- At least 1 year in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
