Team Lead - International Sales

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage an US Inbound Sales and Customer Service team operating on a night shift from Vashi, Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team handling US inbound sales, customer service, and transfer campaigns.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets, preparing performance reports for management.
• Conduct regular huddles, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Resolve customer escalations efficiently and maintain high service quality.
• Ensure productivity, quality and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with operations and management to implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Graduation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO environment.
• 2–4 years of experience in US inbound sales or related campaigns.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
