Tandoor Cook – Full-time Day Shift in Gachibowli

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook to join our restaurant team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The role involves preparing authentic tandoor dishes for our guests during the day shift, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes according to standard recipes.
• Operate and manage the tandoor safely and efficiently.
• Prepare marination, dough, spices, and other ingredients required for tandoor cooking.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, texture, and presentation of food.
• Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure proper cooking of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor and kitchen area.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
• Maintain proper availability of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tandoor Cook or Chef.
• Education: 10th Pass or below.
• Male gender as specified.
• Available for day shift work in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
