Talent Acquisition Specialist – Up to ₹18 LPA

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology and business positions, building strong pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Design effective sourcing strategies and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth joining processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
