About the role
Join TagLynk as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on tech startups. You will help fast‑growing startups across India find the talent they need to scale.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for startup and product‑based clients across India.
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.
- Engage candidates to assess their interest, skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage offer discussions with clients.
- Maintain candidate data and generate reports using internal tracking tools.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and client managers on hiring projects.
- Contribute to employer branding, referral programmes and talent‑mapping initiatives.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong interest in startups, hiring and people growth.
- Self‑motivated, curious learner ready to take ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
