Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive sourcing and recruitment initiatives across the region. You will partner with business leaders to build diverse talent pipelines and support the company’s vision of a world beyond cash.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and coordinate sourcing efforts to ensure scalable talent acquisition programs.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost per hire, and diversity of candidate slates.
• Develop and maintain ready‑to‑hire pipelines for designated roles.
• Conduct market intelligence research and contribute to strategic projects at regional or global scale.
• Own end‑to‑end talent hunting, engagement, and onboarding processes.
• Create sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and data‑mining techniques.
• Execute talent branding initiatives in collaboration with Communications.
• Coordinate all phases of the recruitment process for assigned pipelines and ensure compliance with talent acquisition systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in high‑volume talent acquisition, preferably within fintech.
• Experience with end‑to‑end and sourcing‑led recruiting models.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sourcing and interview coordination teams.
• Proven track record of building effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and agency management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Experience in market research and data‑driven talent intelligence.
