Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end bulk hiring initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and assess candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and craft job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and update candidate databases throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Provide timely feedback and a positive experience for all candidates.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs for bulk hiring.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; prior recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with recruitment software or tools.
