Talent Acquisition Partner & Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

Accrete AI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner who will also lead employee engagement initiatives. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while shaping a positive employee experience in a fast‑moving AI startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical (80%) and non‑technical (20%) positions, from sourcing to offer management.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business plans, ensuring timely hires and high candidate quality.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Apply advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search, LinkedIn search strategies, and GitHub sourcing for technical roles.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, source‑to‑hire ratio) to continuously improve processes.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a strong, collaborative culture.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strategic thinker who can adapt hiring approaches to market dynamics and manage hiring pressure.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of using recruitment analytics to solve hiring challenges.
