Talent Acquisition – Field HR Specialist

About the role

Sun Pharma is looking for a Talent Acquisition – Field HR professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, campus hiring and talent management initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines for critical roles and contribute to a vibrant employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors and networking.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, facilitate assessment processes and maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, source mix, pipeline).
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future critical roles while controlling recruitment budgets.
• Support CPP processes, conduct competency interviews and assessments across locations.
• Plan and execute annual campus hiring strategy, maintain relationships with colleges, coordinate pre‑placement talks, career fairs, assessments and selection drives.
• Design onboarding, induction and internship programs, manage performance reviews and internal communication channels.

Required profile

• Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Sc. or B.Pharm) with an MBA in HR.
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition and campus hiring.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
