Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across multiple functions. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job briefs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and schedule stakeholder interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, negotiate salaries and coordinate offer roll‑outs.
• Oversee pre‑joining formalities and onboarding activities.
• Update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and generate hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight hiring timelines.

Required skills

• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
