Talent Acquisition Associate – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive client success in tech hiring. You will work closely with the Account Management team to understand client needs, source top technical talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new clients, demonstrating our platform and processes to recruitment and engineering leaders.
• Conduct strategic needs assessments to define precise candidate profiles based on technical landscape, culture, and interview processes.
• Continuously gather client feedback to improve candidate quality and delivery strategy.
• Source and pipeline highly relevant technical candidates and conduct initial screening for interest, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Own end‑to‑end candidate experience, managing interview stages, offer negotiations, and smooth transition to start date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in technology or engineering domains.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both clients and candidates.
• Ability to understand complex technical roles and translate them into clear candidate criteria.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
