Talent Acquisition Administrator - APAC

About the role

Genesys is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator to support its APAC recruiting teams. The role combines operational excellence with strategic partnership, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks for APAC Talent Acquisition, including scheduling, ticket tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Support the Head of APAC Talent Acquisition and Talent Leads with process documentation, purchase requests, and global project collaboration.
• Partner with leadership to identify AI‑driven workflow automation opportunities and create related training materials.
• Organize campus events, talent community engagements, and career fairs, handling logistics and branded merchandise.
• Maintain and improve internal recruitment procedures, employer branding initiatives, and Smartsheet ticket workflows.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Proactive communicator able to act as a liaison between stakeholders and provide consultative guidance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
