Talent Account Executive – Hyderabad

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Account Executive to drive new business and expand corporate recruitment solutions in Hyderabad. You will work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on‑site collaboration at the LinkedIn office.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain full transparency with management on pipeline status.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
• Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and share market feedback with product and marketing.
• Proactively solve problems beyond your core duties and take on emerging initiatives.
• Seek leadership opportunities to help achieve broader company objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven ability in solution selling and managing CXO relationships.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions and handling CRM platforms.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and contract‑term knowledge.
• Ability to manage large enterprise accounts and multi‑threaded sales cycles.
