Systems Engineer III – Cloud & DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Technology, Infrastructure, and Operations group. In this role you will work closely with global engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for fast and reliable software delivery.
• Implement and improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) with tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, lead root‑cause analysis, and drive incident resolution.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance system performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Drive cloud cost‑optimization and governance initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience in a product‑based environment.
• Strong expertise with AWS, Kubernetes in production, and Terraform.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
