Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of both on‑premise and cloud IT infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance of servers, workstations, and related services while providing technical support to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, laptops, and workstations.
• Manage AWS cloud instances, Proxmox virtualization, and on‑premise VMware/Hyper‑V environments.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and health monitoring.
• Administer Office 365, Active Directory, SSO, and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; enforce firewall and security policies.
• Maintain backups, disaster‑recovery procedures, and endpoint protection.
• Deploy applications via Microsoft Software Centre and manage API/ERP integrations (ZOHO, ODOO, Lantern, SAP B1).
• Oversee corporate website updates and ensure uptime of hosted services.
• Document configurations, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures; train staff on new tools.

Required profile

• ITIL certification (required).
• CCNA certification (required).
• Preferred certifications: MCSA, RHCSA.
• Proven experience with server administration, cloud management, and virtualization.
