Supreme Court Lawyer – Family Law (2-5 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Supreme Court Lawyer with a focus on Family Law to join our litigation team in Delhi. The role involves representing clients in the Supreme Court and lower courts, handling a wide range of family and civil matters.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in Supreme Court and district courts on family law matters such as divorce, custody, maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
• Draft and file writ petitions, appeals, revision, transfer petitions, complaints, affidavits, civil suits, statements of claim and other pleadings.
• Conduct legal research using platforms like Manupatra and SCC Online to support case strategy.
• Perform due diligence and draft or review contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• LLM degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2‑5 years of litigation experience in Delhi, preferably with exposure to Supreme Court practice.
• Demonstrated interest in family and civil law with a willingness to handle matters in other legal areas.
• Strong command of English and excellent written and oral pleading skills.
• Publications in legal journals or websites are a plus.
