Support Level Manufacturing Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing floor as a Support Level Trainee. This position provides on‑the‑job training aimed at developing the skills required for a permanent manufacturing role.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the structured on‑the‑job training program and demonstrate readiness for a support level manufacturing position.
• Perform basic to moderately complex manufacturing tasks under supervision.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies while on the production floor.
• Successfully pass any required testing or certification related to the assigned area.
• Follow written instructions, visual aids, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and visual aids.
• Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Capability to follow one‑ or two‑step instructions and work in standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Attention to safety and willingness to comply with company policies.
