Support Analyst – Platform Stability (7-9 yrs)

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Support Analyst to ensure the stability of Rates, Credit & FX IT platforms. The role involves close collaboration with traders, sales, and client teams to provide technical support and manage incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain platform stability for Rates, Credit & FX systems using tools such as Splunk and Geneos.
• Manage incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and perform change and incident management via ServiceNow.
• Work with development teams to resolve recurring issues and implement enhancements.
• Drive production excellence by enforcing proactive monitoring, meeting incident volume targets, and preventing recurrence.
• Contribute to AI transformation initiatives, automate manual tasks, and support resiliency programs.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EXTC, IT or Computer Science) with first‑class or distinction grade.
• Functional knowledge of settlements securities and Calypso tool.

Required skills

• Monitoring tools: Splunk, Geneos.
• Scripting: Python, shell scripting, Autosys.
• ITIL processes using ServiceNow, Jira, Excel.
• Knowledge of Calypso platform.
