Platform Engineer - Integration Services

About the role

As a Platform Engineer in Veeva’s Professional Services group, you will design technical roadmaps and architecture for Veeva applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions used by life‑sciences companies. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, deployments, monitoring, security patching and incident resolution for hosted integrations while supporting regulatory‑compliant (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11) solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Global Technical Services across multiple workstreams such as solution design, data migration and systems integration.
• Develop internal and external tools that enable consultants and customers to perform integrations and migrations.
• Own the roadmap, release planning and product lifecycle for those tools.
• Design and implement cloud‑based integrations using REST APIs and AWS services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional and technical requirements into robust technical designs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience using Java, SQL and REST APIs.
• 3+ years of customer‑facing technical consulting experience.
• Proven ability to understand functional and business needs in the life‑sciences domain and deliver compliant solutions.
