Supply Planner

About the role

Hector Beverages is seeking a senior Supply Planner to lead the planning function for its fast‑growing portfolio of traditional Indian beverages and food products. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics department, you will be responsible for aligning supply with demand, ensuring material availability, and driving continuous improvement across the planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term supply plans that reflect demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to synchronize capacity and material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock‑outs and reduce excess stock.
• Track supplier lead times, production constraints, and capacity limits to maintain smooth operations.
• Participate actively in S&OP/IBP cycles and cross‑functional planning reviews.
• Identify supply risks and design proactive mitigation strategies.
• Analyse variances between planned and actual supply, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data and reports within ERP systems.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives in supply‑chain planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, APO, or Kinaxis.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and supply‑chain processes.
