Supply Chain Manager – India

About the role

Wingstop is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to build and scale its supply chain infrastructure across India. You will work closely with brand partners, global teams and regional stakeholders to ensure reliable supply, cost efficiency and compliance with quality and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage an end‑to‑end supply chain network across India.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks while spotting cost‑saving opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees and distributors on demand forecasting and supplier coordination.
• Monitor cost of goods, drive COGS optimisation and enforce quality assurance.
• Source, qualify and onboard food, packaging and equipment suppliers; lead negotiations and contract management.
• Implement Supplier Relationship Management practices, including QBRs, scorecards and continuous improvement plans.
• Develop a 1‑3 year sourcing roadmap, considering risk, quality and commercial factors.
• Lead supply‑chain workstreams for new restaurant openings, building scalable procurement and distribution models.
• Coordinate importation, regulatory compliance and customs processes; support logistics partner selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement management, preferably in the food‑service sector.
• Strategic thinker with a builder mindset, able to lead market entry and expansion initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities to manage COGS, forecast demand and assess supplier performance.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
