Supply Chain Manager – Demand & Inventory Planning

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Manager to lead demand and inventory planning within our supply chain function. You will be responsible for translating market signals into accurate forecasts and ensuring seamless coordination with supply planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
• Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to gather data for planning.
• Monitor and adjust forecasts to stay aligned with actual sales and market changes.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to demand variability and uncertainties.
• Prepare and present regular reports on forecast performance and key metrics.
• Support the supply planning team to ensure smooth coordination between demand and supply.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand forecasting and stock planning (5‑7 years).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
