Supply Chain & Inventory Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to lead inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and logistics for a high‑value jewellery and luxury retail portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure seamless product flow, cost efficiency, and compliance across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inventory optimization, improve turnover, and maintain high accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Develop demand forecasts and replenishment strategies to minimize stock‑outs and reduce lead times.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) deliveries.
• Optimize working capital by monitoring gold/diamond holding days and controlling supply‑chain costs.
• Oversee secure logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce transit loss incidents.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional supply‑chain teams, fostering productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or procurement.
• Mandatory experience in jewellery or luxury retail supply‑chain operations.
• Proven track record in inventory planning, replenishment, warehousing, and working‑capital optimization for high‑value products.
