Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Surat. You will manage key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, service issues, and ongoing logistics needs.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments and coordinate with operations and dispatch teams.
• Prepare and review documentation to ensure service commitments are met.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• Support billing and collections activities.
• Build long‑term client relationships, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience handling multiple accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Attention to detail, reliable time management, and a proactive approach to service problems.
• Ability to work on‑site in Surat, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
• Minimum education: completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
