Supervisors & Helpers – Insulation/Cladding – Chennai

About the role

We are seeking experienced Supervisors and motivated Helpers to join our insulation and cladding teams at a project site in Chennai, Kattupalli. The roles involve overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards, and supporting the workforce in material handling and site housekeeping.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily insulation and cladding operations on site.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC personnel, and client representatives.
• Allocate workforce, monitor productivity, and control material usage.
• Assist insulators, cladders, and fabricators with routine tasks.
• Handle tools, materials, and maintain site cleanliness.
• Support loading, unloading, and preparation of work items.
• Adhere to safety instructions, PPE requirements, and permit systems.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI with relevant experience for supervisory roles.
• 5–10 years of experience in insulation or cladding projects.
• Basic construction or fabrication yard experience for helper positions.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, shift‑based environment.
• Preferred experience in modular fabrication yards, oil & gas, or shipyard projects.
