Sub Area Security Manager (RPL Silvassa)

About the role

The Sub Area Security Manager is responsible for safeguarding property, personnel, material and information within the assigned zone. Working with a team of company officers and outsourced staff, the role ensures secure access control, smooth traffic flow and protection of assets under the guidance of the Zonal Security Head.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage adequate manpower for access control and property protection.
• Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing vehicles, personnel and materials.
• Randomly inspect material gate passes and validate authorized signatures.
• Ensure incident‑free movement of men and vehicles across company premises.
• Plan and implement strategic improvements to the Access Control System.
• Conduct audits, mock drills and governance activities related to security operations.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) – mandatory.
• Post‑graduate or legal qualifications (LLB/LLM) and knowledge of criminal, industrial relations and labour law – desirable.
• Minimum 5 years experience in security, asset protection, access control, intelligence or vigilance roles.
