Style Associate – Westend Mall (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Style Associate to join our team at Westend Mall in Pune. As the face of the brand, you will create memorable shopping experiences, guide customers to the perfect jewellery pieces, and support the store in achieving its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, communicate features and benefits, and stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, packaging, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and adhere to theft‑prevention protocols.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including weekends and evenings, and be open to intra‑cluster transfers.
• Collaborate with team members, support the Senior Style Associate, and contribute to a cohesive store environment.

Required profile

• Graduate / HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with quick learning capability.
• Excellent presentation, grooming standards and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
