Style Associate – Retail Store

About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales targets and smooth store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, representing the latest fashion trends and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized styling advice.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC (Freshers) or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) system usage.
• Visual merchandising awareness.
