Style Associate – Retail Sales Role

About the role

The Style Associate is the face of the brand at Forum Mall, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales of jewelry and fashion items, and supporting smooth store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and senior team members to meet sales targets and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces, handling queries and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value, and stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, be open to intra‑cluster transfers, and maintain punctuality.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards, and support theft‑prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and contribute to group success.
• Handle customer concerns with sensitivity, using sound judgment while upholding brand standards.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC (Freshers) or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
