Style Associate – Retail Jewelry Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Style Associate to join our jewellery retail team at the Mall of Millennium. You will help customers discover the perfect pieces, support store targets and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery items.
• Address queries, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value and stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentability and support theft‑prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, adapt to shift changes and be ready for additional responsibilities.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent presentation, grooming standards and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
