Strategic Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff (2-3 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Strategic Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder of a fast‑growing international D2C wellness and lifestyle company. Based in Mumbai, you will act as the Founder’s force multiplier, supporting hiring, partnerships, operations and strategic initiatives. The role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience who thrive in fast‑paced environments and take ownership of outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end talent acquisition for multiple roles, source candidates via LinkedIn, Apollo and professional networks, screen and shortlist, and manage interview pipelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, vendors and partners on behalf of the Founder, representing the company in initial conversations and follow‑ups.
• Conduct market, competitor and partnership research, synthesize findings into structured recommendations and drive cross‑functional execution of strategic projects.
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, meetings and priorities, filter communications and escalate critical matters.
• Support special projects across business operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with growth objectives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in executive support, talent acquisition or operations.
• High‑agency mindset with a proven ability to solve problems and drive execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
