Storekeeper

About the role

Swathi Group, a leading hospitality brand in Bengaluru, is seeking a full‑time Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage and distribution of supplies across its restaurants, hotels and catering operations. The role is on‑site and involves ensuring accurate inventory records and timely support to all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify deliveries against purchase orders, recording all items in the inventory system.
• Organise and maintain storage areas, ensuring safe storage practices and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare items for internal distribution and pack materials for kitchen, hotel and catering needs.
• Track stock movements, conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
• Coordinate with kitchen, hotel and catering teams to fulfil material requirements.
• Support periodic audits and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in stores or logistics is a plus.
• Prior experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse, logistics or hospitality stores.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely and follow workplace safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to maintain organised records.
