Store In‑charge – Inventory Management for Ethanol Plant

About the role

The ethanol plant in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh is seeking a dedicated Store In‑charge to oversee daily store operations. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all materials are stored safely and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory levels to guarantee continuous availability of stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Organise store layout for efficient access and handling of materials.
• Monitor and report inventory movements, stock levels, and any variances.
• Implement and uphold proper storage and handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store In‑charge or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply‑chain management is a plus.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
