About the role
The Store Godown Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations at our Pathanamthitta godown. You will handle the receipt, storage, issuance, and maintenance of inventory while ensuring a safe and organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against documentation.
- Store materials in designated locations following safety and organization standards.
- Issue items to internal departments or external customers, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory logs and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Ensure the godown remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Educational qualification: Plus Two (12th grade) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- 0–1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory handling.
